This is a perfect vegetarian alternative for a summer barbeque!
These burgers are easiest to make with a mixer or food processor. Put all the ingredients except the spices and the butter / oil in a bowl and mix until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and the herbs.
Make patties, this is easiest if you have just run your cutting board under the tap so they won't stick. Heat up a frying pan and fry the burgers on each side until they have a crisp surface.
Serve as a normal burger with cheese, fried onion and sallad in a bun, or just next to a sallad.
Ingredients (serves 2):
* 3 dl boiled lentils * 2-3 boiled potatoes * 1 small onion * 1 egg * salt * majoram or oregano * butter or oil for frying
